Through many expansions and product innovation Dallmayr has established a reputation of producing coffee of superior quality. Today, Dallmayr remains the largest importer of Ethiopian washed Arabicas in the world. Only in their original homeland, in the fertile Southern provinces of Sidamo and Harrar, do the coffees thrive which give Dallmayr Prodomo its special taste. Dallmayr coffee specialists test up to 200 cups a day to examine different deliveries and determine blends. Coffees from other classical growing areas in South and Central America, Africa and Asia are also purchased and processed.
